2. Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of custom items, we only accept returns if the product is defective or if there was an error in the customization.
3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your items.
4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
5. Exchanges: If you need to exchange
the same item, please send us an email, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
6. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
